Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify j9 live support immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or giving your account, balance, or any benefits to another person is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this condition will result in the immediate closure of the accounts involved.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at j9 live is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may take longer if identity verification is pending or additional security checks are required.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

Withdrawals are generally returned via the same payment method used for the deposit. j9 live reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means to withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, your total balance becomes ৳2,200, and you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 to meet the wagering requirement.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available, including weekly festival bonuses, special offers on slots, cricket season bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, and time limits. Please read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before taking part.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If manipulation or an attempt to gain unfair advantage through bonus use is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• j9 live reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• The maximum bet limit when using bonus funds will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All gaming and betting activity on j9 live is conducted on the basis of honesty and transparency. Cheating on game results, exploiting software, or using any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results or winnings displayed in error due to a technical fault or system issue will be considered void. In such cases, j9 live reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the stake.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed alongside the game or market. When betting with bonus funds, the bet limits of the relevant promotion apply.

6.4 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football, and any other sporting event, the official result will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, j9 live's decision on the matter will be final.

• Making suspicious or unusual transactions

11.2 Closure by the User

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance will be returned subject to all wagering requirements being met.
